What is CB?

Hello, this is my first post here and I would like to applaud the devs for producing this game for us.

I have seen the word \"CB\" often but I fail to understand what it means. Is it controlled beta?

Its the next version of Planeshift, Crystal Blue. It will have combat and other skills. Since MB (Molecular Blue) is pre-alpha, CB will probably be alpha, though I heard that the devs were thinking about just making CB beta since it will be such a huge improvement.  dont ask when it is comming out, nobody knows .
