FRAILITY! Thy Name is Woman!

I do feel sorry for the new recruits! lol... these guys abviously need to have mainly fighters..

lil advice... WHen you have newbs you dont want to kill them by sticking them on the frontlie specialy if you command everybody to be together when leveling.. thats what TANKING is for... your best bet is to stick a high power with a low power so they both can LIVE!! and not die everytime the guild goes exp searching... then what about those who are gonna go with a Profession instead of a sword? what if for instance someone prefe4rs making Potions  then using their magick.... what if they want to have a high job level instead of combat level? speaking from experience i have a couple characters that have low magick and high job(another game) and i supply my guild with Potions and occasionally go for leveling by killing wioth my magick... Again i recomend a coe member for your low levels.. specialy if you recruit level ones... you dont want to kill them.. give them a \'Big Brother\' some one that can help them level...

Hamlet :P

You speak without completely understanding our motives, only in the case of a MAJOR battle like we are talking the kind of battle we have no choice but to fight in that is when they would take the frontline! I don\'t need your advice, it has all been thought out and finalized, its not like we will be having major battles every second. Training our men and women is also a big priority!

EDIT: If you read in our levels of hierarchy there is a rank where you don\'t have to fight...

Exon- A Exon is a economist of Xperto, they do not necessarily have to fight in any battles but would be expected to gather and collect in anyway possible for the guild. They will aid Xperto with equipment, food and currency. Only the Leader and Vice. Leader can give orders to a Exon, but a Exon can give orders to nobody!

I have just finished the official Xperto Coat of Arms! As you can see it has 3 iron crosses symbolizing the 3 Ires of the destroyed south outskirt village! The two warriors on the bottom symbolize our army and the sword is our strength in which we behold! Finally the light beige color backround represents Xperto\'s allignment as a good guild fighting off the evil!

As soon as I see the iron cross I think \"Nazi\". You should use another kind of cross.

You folks have such a bold, modern design for your new website. I dunno, does that medieval motif fit?

Don\'t worry it will be updated in the future graphically, no the iron cross isn\'t meant to be a nazi thing, it also stands for X in a certain text :) We are some what modern and futuristic but we need to make sure our history is preserved!

Who says you can\'t mix midieval graphics with futuristic ones? ;) It can be done tastefully. We\'ll be working on it.

(About time I start posting here.)

Thanks for everyone\'s lovely comments about the site :D I\'m aiming for the final product to be rather... well. Amazing ;)

After reading up on the thread about the guild that disbanded because of spies I have decided it would be better to go invite only for the time being, to prevent any harm done to the guild. The same process will be used to recruit, but we will look for you! If you want to join real bad just show up on the forums talk to us, come in game talk to us, communicating is everything! It doesn\'t mean we will let you join, but you will have a better chance in joining :)!

I don\'t see why you are too worried about spies now....

There isn\'t too much information for spies to achieve, but there is some good information that can be taken.

Also, you should have been invite-only from the start if you are afraid of spies. They have been around way longer than you and even some before me.

Just a little note. ;)

Btw, the new site is looking great. Keep up the pace and this guild might see the starts someday. Some time, patience, and the right members could explode this guild into power, or those aforementioned things could ruin you. Just be aware(as I am sure you are) and you should be ok.

(Just a tad bit of advice from a sorta-experienced person in guild matters) :)

The thing is Faldrok, I pretty much was invite only. I went around asking people if they were interested in joining there might be one member or maybe two that applied, but they are friends with my friends so I can trust them.

Thanks for compliment on that, really it should go to Meolae if you are talking about the new site :D She is mostly responsible for that..

Don\'t worry my guild will go far and won\'t be short on members once the battle system release is put out, have lots of friends who are joining up once that is initiated! The majority of them are promising because they live for video games , not just gun games but swords and magic etc...

Yah sounds good :D

(All highly valuable information is stored away and is only accessable by myself or Meolae, if my guild needs to know this information they will find out by myself when the time is right for them to know it. A example of this would be the \"Sacker\" rank in my guild, they aren\'t spies or alt accounts thats all I can say about that :D

I won\'t worry to much now about spies like I said friends of friends will only be aloud to join my guild but before they are accepted I want to know them over a long period of time! A majority of Xperto will be made up of real life friends in the future)

Oh, i get the idea! It\'s like, the U.S. army, but helping people!

A bit too late to say it, but good luck with the guild. Actually you\'re likely to break the mercenary monopoly of offering military services to the good guilds, but hey, we still have the bad guys. :)
I was cured, all right.

lol yes nice reference to the U.S Army, I\'d rather live in a world where the only army was a Canadian type of Army because then the world would be a somewhat safer place (Canadian army is practically unarmed, we were slowly downgrading already removed nuclear weapons etc.. from our army, but now it seems the new primeminister is apparently putting a few billion into upgrading and I noticed the recruitment is also being stepped up a knotch!)

I don\'t want to take your buisness away :) My guild won\'t just be constantly kill the evil, kill the evil type of guild! I am sure we will have many long periods of peace hopefully!
