Hello Tash, welcome to Planeshift :)

Most people will be kind as long as you read before you post - it seems that most things have already been said at least once :)

Welcome to PlaneShift! I am sure you will fit right in just a few tips so you won\'t get flamed to death!

-Don\'t ask for the release date (No official date)
-Search for topics before posting one, just incase there is one about the same thing already!
-Don\'t join cabal :D I mean think wisely before choosing a guild!

Thats about all I can think of right now! Have fun!

Q: How many Planeshifters does it take to expalin a simple concept to a newb?
A: Six. Five to argue on who\'s explanation is right, and Moogie to lock the thread.

Dont listen to depth blade I belive in freedom of choice so if you want to have some real fun join the evil side ! no more sterotyping where the good guys always win its more fun that way i bet more than half of us are board with movies and cartoons with end with the good winning its just not fair ! evil people have feelings to ! SO join cabal and you will get happy but flamed as they are all afraid of US!!! (all but the devs)
noted we are particaly insane but thats besides the point .... so if you want to join evil join cabal the fun loveing evil people and not Bo nor De their just fakeing evil ... and doing a sad job at it

any way welcome to Ps

The bonuses of joining a guild:

1. Making friends.
2. Roleplaying.
3. Helping new players.
4. Set your boundaries (allignments, etc.)
5. Create drama.

The key to manipulative bargaining is to ask for something twice as big as what you want, then smile and nod when you are talked down to your original wish. You are still young, my apprentice, and have much to learn in the ways of the force. -UtM

Well I don\'t! Stick with the good and live long and prosper, go with the evil and find yourself in a world of pain!

(RPing snowraven, I could care less if someone joins cabal :D I am sure members in the-cabal can be really nice but in my characters role they are terror that must be silenced!)

what exactly is the difference between an evil guild and a good one.

Post Script: Pardon my ignorance
P.S.S. why do you speak in colored letters, AendarCallenlasse?

Well an evil guild, depending on how far down the scale they are, lives for destruction and their own superiority.  A good guild will take every measure to make sure they help others and defend the weak.  Again, depending on how far down the scale they are.

I speak in dark blue.  It\'s my color and always has been since I\'ve been here.  Those who use it...DIE.

To me it is the allignment of your guild! The purpose and belief the guild has, like a good guild can range from keeping the peace, not doing anything and my favorite fighting the evil off for glory!! A bad guild well I think thats pretty well self explanatory, mischief, evil intentions etc...This is just what I think it means, it could be wrong for all I know :]

if a good one protects the innocent destroys evil, et cetera.
and an evil one kills the innocent destroyse good, et cetera.
then what does a neutral one do?
