skill caps?

i know there will be no levels...so will there be an end to the amount of skill a player can gain in abilities like magic?

i dont mind if there wont be any because then i dont have to worry and can work on one character as long as i want....

if there is a limit on each skill then at their peak many players will be exactly the same..... every time they reach the limit of one skill they will just move on too the next.... and technically there is no limit to the power you can gain on an ability....

tell me the current system or suggest one

if i was correct, there will be no limits on how strong you can become, tought the races do have limits.
like the kran for example: they can only get lvl 8 in each of the magic ways, because their race doesn\'t allow them (limits them) to get stronger magic .

As a followup as well a lot of this is hard to think of in advance.  We can come up with different forumlas for experience but until we see how it plays out in game it will be a constant balancing of skills :)

so you can combine skills? it would be good to have a system (atleast the battle system) that is easy to learn but hard to master since i guess you cant be good at everything and then use it all in a single figth.

i didnt see this on the compilation..... and i really dont want to go through the entire wishlist part of the forum so i decided to make it...

i knew there were limits for skills to certain races...but i didnt know if there was any cap for normal skills...but what was that about combined skills?
