But at this moment i am doing everything myself and i could use some help to set it up.

haha alcaliptis but i was refering to the clan rank.
originaly we where gonna make certain content on our site only available to certain lvl\'s of members. This is the guild ranking system. We figured we would make our own little system to promote member ranks  
but we just decided to keep the ranking system and let all members view content. but there is a whole lot of stuff we have but won\'t/can\'t show or post on our site

I\'m pretty new here as you can see by my number of posts, but I was wondering how many of the guilds\\clans(you choose) are Plane Shift exclusive?  Or for the one\'s that aren\'t, what games are your guilds\\clans from?

yoyo a friend told me this was a good game. so I have cheked out some of the guild/clan sites.but none of them seem to have a real goal (or at least they don\'t say so on their site) It sure would be nice to know what a guild/clan is really trying to achieve before you join.

edit: I just cheked out all the guild sites. and only the  charmed knights put some goa;ls on their page but it\'s just help all people(like kiern allready stated). no1 has set a real goal. if U start a guild there are a few things U should find out first

1. long term goals
2. short term goals
3. how are U goin to achieve this goals?
4. are U good evil neutral or none of these?
5. how do U recruit members?
6. how do members identify eachother?
7. how do they act around eachother?
8. is it a secret guild clan?

U should ask yourself these questions before U start a guild. right now all the guilds start out like:\" hey lets start a guild. yeah a good guild. yeah lets help people and lets help eachother\" so the guilds that exist now are all the same the only real diferrence is the one is good the other evil.

the BISM seems to have asked themselve these questions and sorted evrything out. and I also like the idea of an allround \"guild\" (I know U don\'t call it a guild) they just do the job itz cool. now if all of U other peepz ask urself these questions I am sure the guilds will get a style of their own!

hmm, although the hitman clan has alot of members in this forums (5!!!) and the charmed knights seem popular too, i just wanted to say the biggest clan in ps right now , is GDC - - >
The Golden Dragon Clan,
lead by Washi , and goes back along time (before planeshift even).

yeah but does the gdc have everything sorted out or are they just another clan that does good and helps the innocent. I mean people set goals!! being a clan isn\'t just havin a website and a nice sig under ur name. U must set goals try yo achieve something! not just be there and hang out together. I will only join a clan that has evrything sorted out and has goals. short term goals and long term goals.

First off the hitman clan has 9 fully active members.
just because only 5 post here doesn\'t mean anything the other 4 get there info from the hitman clan members area, because we provide our members with all the info an no bullsh*t.
Anyway u must not have checked the hitman clan faq.
all ur questions can be answered there.
and anyway i think the gdc is a joke. the other day i was talking to a dev who said there was some guy trying to get all the devs in a guild, but it was highly unlikely that any of the dev team would actualy be in his guild
further more the hitman clan is highly selective on who stays in the clan. just ask manga, and any other peolple we\'ve had to kick. we\'ve actualy had a few members that didn\'t stay...but we hope that anyone who wants to join will checkout the faq and if they think they can meet and follow these expectations/rules then we\'d love to have u

zorry but I think ur clan\'s a joke! U have no real goals or rules. we\'re a good clan help eachother nothing more. no clan sets real goals or rules! or history for that matter. except for black order they have a nice  history worked out altho I don\'t understand what they really plan on doin in game. then there is the golden dragon clan good guild blablabla help eachother. the mirth guild\'s site really suX there\'s nothin on there. The BISM have goals just do anything for money. at least they have a goal (not very original but a goal) people a clan has to have a reason to be!!! and they should rey to achieve something!!! (I am repeating myself)

Well, to answer the question which this thread is about, im a member of the E.P.E. clan/guild. And this guild wasnt start just for PlaneShift but it was started before PlaneShift for other games.

Me, tok and link spend alot of time to have our clans site be as good as it is. Not to mention the content that we work to provide our members.Why do u want to hate on us?

A clan doesn\'t have to have a reason to be. A clan is just there to help u, it\'s a group  where u can get help in a game. Secondly all clan\'s or guilds are different especially the hitman clan. The hitman clan has been around for awhile  it has survived many different types of games and incarnations of it\'self. the games, mostly fps\'s (halo, counterstrike,).
