POSSIBLE FREE MODELS FOR PS IF YOU WANT THEM.

Here is a suggestion that I hope helps.

This is a link to a site of a 3d artist that might want to donate the models that he has made to this project.
The models were made to improve the default body body models in the game The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind.
The models are very nice looking but they are currently fully nude which may be some problem for this project. He will soon make a new version that has underwear to cover their private parts.

They have great animation and they come in different body types, orc types, different types of elves, and many different human types.

I haven\'t spoken to Neuman the artist that has made them about Planetshift but I\'m sure that he would not mind you asking him for permission to use his 3d art here.

Nice offer, but I think the devs would prefer models created specifically for PS, not \'recycled\' ones from other games... although I can\'t really speak for them, so... *shrugs*

(By the way, I use them models in my Morrowind game. )

maybe but i doubt it, they make there own models not take them from what was ment for another game

Thiridant: I may be wrong, but under the terms of the PS art licence, an artist who contributes art to the project must agree not to use the art in any other MMORPG, so this may not be particularly palatable to the contributing artist.

In addition, the art team probably has their own ideas, so they may check it out but I doubt that the models can be used.

I think that would be good if someone got the artist to make some models for planeshift, but hopefully if he does he can make them with some clothes on at least, otherwise new players will always be nude
