I think it may be my comp.....

Help!! When I finish creating a charcter and the upload box appears, I type in all of the required fields and everything but when I click \"upload\" nothing happens. I assume that the character has been uploaded, so I exit and then go to the main menu and go to \"connect\". I fill out the required fields but when I hit the connect button, it says the server is unreachable or down for the moment, check the site. I check the site but it is online and nothings wrong with it, and other people are logged in. I also checked to see if the character was even created, but it says it isn\'t. I made three characters, Thanaz, Duwul and Daklory. Could you help with this problem? I really want to play.

After you created your character,  the client logs on to the server. If  it doesn\'t, he wasn\'t propably created.  In case you are running a personal   firewall  make  sure that port 13331 isn\'t blocked.

Firstly your character sounds like he was created correctly, though I will have to check that. >
Second are you behind a firewall or running through a proxy server?
Thirdly double check that you have entered the IP address in its numerical format (203.81.47.74) and not the text based address. Though it did not cause problems for me originally it is usually more reliable.
If you have solved all these issues and it still won?t fire?well?someone else will have the answers. I am sure.
Lastly to save you some heartache and the ears of everyone in-game be sure to read the documentation before you connect or you will be frustrated and angry.

Argh! It still hasn\'t worked.....but I found out it was running in safe mode. How do I turn safe mode off?

I did some searching in the forums and I found that a user solved the \"LinkDead\" problem with Ip: 203.81.47.27 instead of 203.81.47.74.......Is the latter an old IP or new or same as always?
