I hope you won\'t get angry at me for reviving this thread.
A few days ago there was a quest in Tibia made by players. They didn\'t do it like we tried to though. They planned it for a specific hour, so all the quest statics were online. The adventurers met in the castle where they were given the first hint, and then went on the journey. We didn\'t know what the statics\' names were, we only knew how they were dressed.
The quest was quite long (and hard). You had to bring some bread to a hungry farmer, find a crazy man in a dungeon (and get out safely), deal with a guy who wanted to conquer the world, solve a riddle and retrieve a cursed shield from a dragon to free the soul of an adventurer captured in it.
There were two rewards: for the first person/team to solve the quest and for the best roleplayer. Yes, we were roleplaying and it was really fun. Most of us haven\'t finished it though, the first team did it in 3,5 hours!
I have to say it was fun as hell, more than the regular quests. I think making such an event is worth the effort, though it wasn\'t me who prepared it.
Here you can read the background story if you\'re interested.
