I can't play

I have create a Character with the Step by Step help. Then I want to beginn and then I get the message Server is linkdead. What should I do that I can play. I come from Germany. my connection isn\'t too slow (I habe Cable: Upstream: 2000kbit, downstream, 700 kbit)

Please help me.

Strange.. I can play PS with my zonealarm on :/

You need to change your Zonealarm configuration so you can play PS with your firewall on :)
