I\'d say its al inspired by SQAUERESOFTS ubergame:
Final Fantasy ^^

DUDE this movie is a Final Fantasy AND a Summoner Rip-off
exept the intro en the exit when the D&D ended...
Final Fantasy : All the characters exept the reporter.
Summoner: The whole D&D sequince its a secret movie in the game.

In summoner the dudes are:
The dude in the Kitchen is a monsters.
the Elf is a Space Ranger (or something like that)
Gulpstaf (or something like that) is the main character
Gamemaster is a friend of the main charcater.

But the movie it self is kinda funny ^^

The sprites are from the early Final Fantasy games, but the theme is, as the obvious title suggests, inspired by Dungeons and Dragons tabletop RPGs.

The theme may be inspired by D&D...but the voices and the whole sequince with that drunk dude and the ogres..watchdog, elf etc. etc. is from a special FMV sene in the Ps2 game Summoner..I know because I have it ^^

okay i finnally dl this flashplayer and watched the toon and it was way to funny brought me back to the old day\'s when i played dungeon\'s and dragon\'s (that was me in the kitchen )  laughed so hard i had tear\'s in my eye\'s .
and tygrewylde that link was very funny too where do you people find this stuff.
i have to say these last few month\'s on planeshift have been very good for my soul and i am glad i found this place  :D
