Just for something to do, I am going to host a community awards ceremony. I have come up with various different titles for awards. Before I list the many different awards, please note that Devs,and anyone who is banned from the forum, CANNOT be nominated for any of these. Not to say that they wouldnt qualify for anything, but it\'s just a general rule. Although devs and mods may still vote. A note about the \"best looking\" awards, guys, PLEASE do not be afraid to vote on best looking guy, it doesnt mean your gay :P. Same for girl\'s as well!(tip: if you don\'t have someones pic, ask em nicely for it!) i ask that everyone is 100% honest with their voting. The awards are as follows:

The friendliest person=???
Best signature(must be curreny sig)=???
The meanest person=???
The biggest spammer=???
Best roleplayer=???
The worst speller=???
Most charismatic=???
Best looking guy(IRL pic, applicable only if youve seen it)=???
Best looking girl(IRL pic, applicable only if youve seen it)=???
The best artist=???
Best story writter=???
Best/most liked Dev(the only exception to my \"general rule\", as it is strictly dev related. also note devs, not forum moderators.)=???
Most hated=???
Most liked=???
Most smiley happy forum user=???
Biggest n00b hater=???
Most trustworthy=???
Least trustworthy=???
Most stubborn=???
Biggest arguer=???
Biggest forum rule breaker=???
Most known/acknowledged in the PS community=???
Most open mnded(always addresses issues in a non-aggressive and constructive way, and tries to look at everything objectively)=???

Now for the rules and how this will work. My PM inbox will be the \"voting booth\". In other words, you can submit your vote by PM\'ing me. The topic should be in this format: \"Nomination for \". Please try and nominate someone for as many awards as you can. I realize that not everyone has sufficient knowledge of who could qualify for many of these awards, in that case you don\'t have to nominate anyone for the award you have doubts about. Just nominate for as many awards as you believe you can rightfully nominate.

Each person who votes may only nominate 1 person per award. If you have multiple awards you wish to nominate people for, please do so in seperate PM\'s. Please DO NOT reply to this thread with who you will nominate for what awards, that information should be kept between me and the individual voter and no one else. If you break this rule your vote WILL NOT count! This is the most important rule, as it will spare the community any flaming or insulting that may come about from this.

I will allow a week\'s time for voting, starting when I get the first nomination. After that I will announce the winners in the Dev IRC channel. The time of announcement will be posted (by me) when the voting time expires. If the devs have any problem with this, I can do it in the same server but on a different channel.

If any of you have any questions about the awards ceremony feel free to reply with them.

On a final note, I am not doing this to cause trouble or for whatever ideas you may have, I am doing for the fun of it and it\'s a cool thing to do. ^_^ Those who do or do not win a particular award please do not be offended, it is all for the fun of it.

And no...you MAY NOT VOTE FOR YOURSELF -_-

we used to have these back in the days of theotakuboards, they were quite successfull, (on one occasion i won best male and best female...o_O =)

The best artist : can we have a 3d and 2d thing ?

Most trustworthy: absolutly no 1

Most hated: eveyone and any 1 in cabal or elves !

Obviously you didnt read the post thorougly enough. You just broke the golden rule and I already stated that banned people are not aplicable for nomination. ANYONE else is applicable, with the exception of devs unless stated otherwise. Sorry but your vote\'s wont count now.

Also these are not guild awards, they are based on the individual person.

I would never had believed that Aelya would be the one to spread joy and happiness in the community. :) But great initiative anyway. We can use something to be happy about with all the latest events.

I would vote for you :D, not telling in what category though ;)

Nice initiative Aelya :), but maybe im dumb that i dont understand it, does the best looking girl have to be irl pic? Else i know for whom to vote :D

And in this competition its off course easy to cheat, just make a new character, vote for yourself make another one etc. The PS community is probably above that sort of thing.

Well Ionas, I think Aelya would become a little suspicious if a bunch of nobodies showed up with 5 minute between each PM, all voting for the same person. As for the pictures, yes. It\'s IRL stuff. :)
