Perhaps if you work with smaller crystals and flare a heap of them from the black discs so they form a jagged axe head.

My el-cheapo micro paint example.

Just thought of a cool idea for an axe. If the axe has two blades like the one bioazard posted then perhaps the two blades could be on some sort of axis where the blades can be pushed together so they form 1 blade. This may enable the wielder to generate more kinetic energy thus a more powerful swing and greater cleaving ability. It would also make that black grip thing located between the blades more accessible.

Another micro paint creation as an example. The 2 curved arrows represent the direction in which the blades rotate. The arrow pointing down represents where the blades meet.

Its cool, but almost not an axe. Savion thought the whole point of an axe it to chop. That looks like it would slice rather than chop.

I think your work is extremely cool! The people who didn?t like it, that say constructive criticism (I think)? you will get that any ware & allot worse many other places? there are some friendly people around here, did you talk with the devs & stuff on Irc chat? http://Irc://Irc.Freenode.net/planeshift

I actually like constructive criticism because it helps you become better!
(But not too much which is what I guess happened?)

Maybe you people are right i gave up to fast, one of the reasons why they didn\'t acept me is that i am not very good in texturing. I have no knowledge of uvmapping. If someone could help, i will come back to planeshift. you are right Skizzik i made a mistake anyone can help me with texturing? (I design with 3d studio max 3 by the way)

Thank\'s to all for making me think this issue i supose i was to exited joining the team and i was contrracdicted by the refusal
