Need some help getting into the game please

Hello all,

First timer here. Downloaded PS without a hitch and got to the creation screen. Upon making a character tried logging into server and it asked me for an \'account\' and password.

Kind of confusing considering I have no idea where to register it to /at.

I\'m not finding anything via the PS website where I should register the game or am I missing something.

Any help to be able to get past this issue would be appreciated.

Enter the password you like to have and you\'re set
