Will the Chars be kept?

Well - Is there any chance for me to keep my character
or will everything will be deleted for a final release sometime?

Before the next release there will be a database wipe, so all characters will be deleted.  The devs have mentioned however that you will be able to reserve your current character\'s name for the next release as well as transfer crystals that you have to the new currency if you wish.

Anyway, like Ghostslayer said, all characters will be gone with the next release (which is out \"soon\", by the way), and there\'s nothing you can do about that.

As for the final game... Well, you can\'t exactly call PS final before development is cancelled completely, and never will be started again. Then it\'s final. If you meant v1.0, whenever it gets released, then I have an idea that they might do a complete wipe to point out that PlaneShift is now a real game... But don\'t expect that day to come for at least two years. So you have plenty of time to play in.

In addition to the above, I\'d like to point out that it\'s only my shrewd idea and not something official. So don\'t bother thinking about it.
