Will PlaneShift be free?

When PlaneShift is completed , will it still be free? I mean , no montly fee\'s ,and free download? I do hope so , because im low on money , and I am still not 16 years , so I cant pay with a credit card or anything. So , will it be free , or not free?

But before you post any ideas, use the search option to see if that idea\'s been suggested before. A lot of ideas have been suggested, and it speeds up the implementation process if the Devs don\'t have to sift through reposts, etc.
