when i try to login to ps at the loading screen i get a message that says

        SGBHP caused a general protection fault
         in module USER.EXE at 000c:00001453


can someone help me

Looks like you were using the software \"SpywareGuard\", and it crashes for some reason. I doubt it has to do with the game itself, to be honest.
