Help
« on: June 04, 2004, 11:09:41 pm »
I\'m a newbie and I really want to play the game. I downloaded it and started to make a character. At the end I clicked upload but it said the server was down or out of reach. I checked the web and it said it would b back on at 4. 4 still nothin. Could I be out of reach in TN and if so will i ever be able to play?         Thankyou.

Wait a day or so, there may be server problems. There should be no problems your side, except for a visit from the lagg monster ;)

Sounds like it\'s not getting along with your 3D card - post the operating system and specs (CPU, RAM, graphics card) either here or technical help, and maybe someone will be able to help you.

I\'m not sure if this is what you want but...

System:

Microsoft Windows XP Proffesional
Version 2oo2
Service Pack1

Computer:

AMD Athlen9tm0
XP 2004
1.17 GHz

512 MB or RAM

hope that was what you wanted

well, I don\'t see any info on your graphics card, but everything else looks fine. it probably is a problem with your card. some factory made comps come with the worst cards the manufacturers can get a hold of, so you might have to buy a new one for your system. my old emachines came with an ancient vga thing that was prolly five years older than the rest of the comp. the monitor itself was decent though

Just try running in software (safe) mode, not openGL.
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

You shouldn\'t have too much lag with 512 MB of RAM

Is there still this DirectX stuff in XP? If yes, you might need a more recent version.
