world initialization errors

I got past linkdead but every time I start it up it only gets as far as initializing world then taskmanager says
\"not responding\" what the heck happened?
i need help

The client takes a while to load, especially the first time. When it says loading world, run screaming from your computer and make yourself a pizza or something. Come back and it should be loaded. It is important to let your computer do what it has to do while it loading the world.

too many hours downloading.

I get the same problem too. When it says not responding, you click in the window again and then wait a bit longer. The game eventually loads.

How long will this take me ive been at it for about 20 minutes, i have done setup and patch, im a bit lost,.....it intialized up to world and it is still going, the program is responding..... what should i do??? Plz help... ive played mmorpg;s before, just im having problems loading this one!!!

Haydien: on some computer configurations, the initial loading has taken over two hours.  Just leave it and be patient.

It\'ll be ok.just wait it out. mine doesnt always say unresponding either.waiting it out is bout all you can do.
it took me 2 hours the first time but it probly won\'t take you as long because my comp isn\'t the best.
just let it load  the world and while it is just wlak (or run)
away.
