Yes, it is physically possible to create a smithing guild at this time.  If it\'s only a two sentence guild, though, it probably won\'t stay together.  This is not roonscape.

-Please make use of capitalization in your sentences.
-Please do not type in all caps.  This bothers a great many people.

An in-game guild will require an in-game character.
The key to manipulative bargaining is to ask for something twice as big as what you want, then smile and nod when you are talked down to your original wish. You are still young, my apprentice, and have much to learn in the ways of the force. -UtM

Creating a guild requires nothing except a leader and the ability to read and write.  It\'s possible to create a guild in-game but that doesn\'t make it official.

If you want people to join, though, you might want to consider setting up a website and some forums.

Make sure you thoroughly think out the guild first.  Have a clear goal, what strives the guild to exist.  Have different ranks within the guild.  And many guilds also have histories, which are good as long as they conincide with the world of Planeshift.  (Yes the CV\'s is coming...soon-ish-ly...)

If you want some good examples, just browse through the other guilds website and forums.

Hope that helps.

well there is a guild called blood claw inc which bases itself on the economy (resource collecting and building and trading) so you might want to consider that as an option
creating a guild based on a single profession will be almost impossible in my opinion
