Respawn problem
« on: July 09, 2004, 05:27:20 pm »
Well, i tried to avoid posting this here, but I had to.

I\'ve been tooling around in PlaneShift for about a week.  Its a nice looking game, I am very impressed.  The mouse and movement is a bit jerky, and I find it weird that all of the steps seem to be Aztec/Mayan themes (ie very steep), but other than that everything is excellent.

I was running around and got into town and was jumping around and it looks like I might have found a mapping bug.  Just near the largest tower in town there is a street.  On this street, to the left there are a few buildings.  Between these two buildings is a barrel and a wall.  I just on the barrel and over the wall.  Now I\'m stuck in an alley way and have no way back out.  I got over jumping on a barrel, but there\'s no terrain to boost me up enough to get back over the wall.

I have tried using /respawn but nothing happens when I enter the command.  Any hints that someone could offer?
