I\'m just looking for a comparison. Is the battle style more like Secrets of Mana, or is it more like Star Ocean, or is it so different from either of these that there is no way to compare it?

hopefully its a fun and unique battle system that requires some measure of skill which you cna improve on. I mean simply sitting back and letting attacks go on without effort is a sad sad way to battle
