Karakth is right. Basically all the new guilds get the members because, unlike me, for instance, they have nothing against mass recruiting or shout recruiting. Again, like Karakth said, they also end up with lots of members who go inactive after 2 days \'cause they\'re not dedicated to the game. However, it\'s still annoying. Personally, I wish that all the dedicated players who started the guilds wouldn\'t. I mean, then, rather than having like 50 guilds with 2 members each, we could have like 10 with 20 memebers each. Oh well, you\'ll never convince the newbie guild leaders of that though. I mean, who am I to talk? I\'m one of them, even though my guild failed.

Things take time. And going for any members is is a horrible way to destroy the guild. Once CB is released, more players will come, killing off a lot of guilds and bringing some fresh good players. In the aftermath, surviving guilds will prosper. So just sit tight a tad longer. ;)

I am returned.
*bows*

I intend to keep working on positive changes within the guild now that I\'m back infront of my comp. :)

The key to manipulative bargaining is to ask for something twice as big as what you want, then smile and nod when you are talked down to your original wish. You are still young, my apprentice, and have much to learn in the ways of the force. -UtM

I\'m moving to a new house in a new area with a new ISP.  I\'m not sure when and at what times I\'ll be able to come to planeshift.  All I know I-net connection wise is that it\'s DSL.  School starts again soon as well...

Wow, summer has just been one thing after another for you Monketh. I wont be going anywhere and only have a part time job so I\'ll be waiting with bated breath (*stinky*) for the next release. :)

Well, as usual it is time for one of us Rangers to remind everyone that we are out here, scrapin\' for members. :D
Below is a handy link to our Forums if anyone wants to visit or -better yet- join us. :)

Soooo...you can do the old copy paste or just let your mouse make that nifty \'click\' noise on the link, whatever.
Peace all.

Wait a minute...you guys RP?
*wonders how he missed that for all this time*

Hmmm...Mercs can\'t really have outside allegiances.  On the other hand, your guild seems more like a loose gathering of individuals than some sort of military or something.  I\'m gonna have to talk to Icefalcon about this one.  I do have my responsibilities as Cerebrus Champion, after all (read: making random posts and whining until CB comes out).

Yup.  Became a main premise of the guild back when Sep & Grak left.

We are kinda loose. :P  To be honest, only I, Xpytz, and Quwaar have stayed around.  Perhaps out of boredom, perhaps out of the fact that the other two did.  We tend to be active constantly, but slowly.  Kinda like a background.

New forum section:

I\'ve decided that spreading good ideas is a good thing, so I borrowed one of the best from our allies, the AO (don\'t take it too hard, that you came up with it is a testament to you guys\' strong thinking processes :))).
Now open: \"The Mansion\"  (creative name, don\'t ya\' think?: P )
This is an in-character area feauturing active rp.  Anyone is welcome to visit, we\'re quite hospitable.

Come on, visit ol\' uncle Monk out in the middle of the forest! :P

Edit: Uh, drak, the auran spoof was just a joke, you know that...
...right?
The RG\'s had the whole mansion as a guild-hall concept for a long time now...

Well maybe I should have seen that one coming... politics are corrupting and all. But still that\'s not cool :(
I pray gods to save our poor forests now...
