Here are some more I drew today....
Wooly Horn: A three-horned rhinoceros-like creature with a thick fur coat. Would probably live in the cooler mid-levels of the dungeons. Feeds mostly off mushrooms. Grows from 1 to 2 meters in height to the shoulder, and from 1.5 to 3 meters in length. Difficult to hunt, as its thick fur makes its skin very tough to penatrate. Solitary by nature they only group during the coldest of seasons.
Ringo bird: Long-necked bird with long legs. About 1.5 meters in height, these birds travel in small flocks of 4 or 5. Used as a food animal by most of the upper-level farmers of Yliakum, the Ringo Bird is easily tamed and is easy to care for. Bright colors adorn the feathers of this bird\'s tail and head and are often used as decoration.
(yum, yum, KFR, Kentucky Fried Ringo)
Harper Fish: Quick predator of deep lakes and the submerged levels of Yliakum, the Harper fish is a fine catch for many fishermen. Growing from 2 to 4 meters in length. The Harper\'s meat is considered a delicacy by the Lemurs as well as many of the high-class in Yliakum. Known to leap out of the water and attack unwary fishermen with its large dagger-like teeth, the agressiveness of th Harper only makes this fish that much more expensive on the market.
Diamond Fish: Large and plentiful in the submerged levels of Yliakum, the Diamond fish are akin to our own tuna. Being a staple in the diet of the Nothilor, it is the second major export of all Nothili Fishing villages. (The main being seaweed, see background story) Traveling in large schools, these fish are easy to catch and reproduce quickly and in large numbers. Their bluish-white shimmering scales gave the fish its name.
Again, more to come when this caffine kicks in...
