Magic! what does what...

Im really sorry for posting this... /me puts on his anti flamer suit...   but what does each \"way\" do? mainly why i made this thread, is to discuss the magic, and what. So far there is red white green dark azure and somthing else??    mainly what i wanna know is the dark way like necromancy? /me loves necromancy... cuz like...necromancys kewl and pwnzor...but im a good necromancer!   uhm...yeah please dont flame me, im just a poor noob who cant wade through 9000 threads...    /me hides again

there\'s green?

I thought it was Crystal, Azure, Blue, Brown, Red, and Dark? Unless I missed green...or if Azure is somewhat an off tint of green?

crystal isn\'t exactly a color , but more or less the essence of all energies combined making a positive energy.

crystal can likely be seen as the original magic

Ah, well, if Crystal represents \"good,\" and it is the original magic, how could the Dark way be \"evil?\"

I think the Crystal Way will be represented with the color white, representing good, and the Dark Way being black, representing Evil. Dark isn\'t really a color either, but we automatically think of the color black when we see it. The same with the Crystal Way...Crystal...White...

Healing people (and helping) has always been considered as a good thing, thus, the crystal way is the good way.
Raising zombies has always been considered evil, thus, the dark way is the evil way.

Yeah, I agree, I was just saying that the Crystal Way doesn\'t make sence to be the \"Original\" Magic or Way.

Why is dark evil?  It is only evil if you choose to perform evil deeds using the dark magicks, as in conquering the world.

i really think that evil and good should not be used when describing a tool, which is what magic is.

Hmmm..

Well, Dark is associated with evil. Disturbing the dead, using dark and destructive powers. Yet people may use it for non-evil reasons.

It\'s like Bush launching a nuke into a deeply evil and threatening country. It can be considered good because he wiped out that threat, but it can be considered evil simply because the usage of a freakin nuke.

Crystal as well doesn\'t have to be good. Healing can be used to heal evil creatures, and so on.

So it depends on your point of view which is evil and good, although -most- of the time Dark is evil and Crystal is good. I have never heard of a holy priest resorting to Dark magic and an evil necromancer resorting to Crystal magic. It\'s against common sense.

But litterally Crystal is Positive Energy and Dark is Negative Energy as said in previous posts.
