Yeah as far as I was concerned the only thing the psp had going for it was the really good screen and the general *Beauty* of the thing but of course Nintendo had to respond...www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=56167

Oh thank god they got rid of the old \"retro\" design ^^
AND yay I love nintendo i will never buy a game system that isn\'t made by nintendo until they go out of business

ah its gonna feel weird using a pad insted of a joystick to play the 3d games on it though =(

You\'d think they could find a way to replace the pad with a joystick. That would be awesome.

Yeah but for the most part I never lost my feel for the d-pad.
If a game gives me a choice between d-pad and the shtick I go with the pad every time.

And yes moogie it is a waste of money but technically so is everything but food clothing and shelter, and some of that  is still a waste of money so...

lol haha i laughed for like 10 minutes when i heard this. Funny cuz a week ago my friend designed what he called; \"Gamer\'s Best friend\" It\'s a chair with a plastic tub at the bottom and a toilet seat on the top. He said the worst thing is the smell and when ya gotta clean it out. He threw it out cuz it didn\'t do everything, it couldn\'t wipe his ass!

No but sony cant watch quicktime or wmv either and their mp3 support requires you to buy one of their ridiculously priced memory sticks.
Seriously for like 256 its like 100 dollars.
I dont really worry about mps playback though cause I have an iPod. :D

Oh yeah If you really wanna watch movies on it you could always buy one of those flash rom cartiges there are some that suport avi and divx playback on the gba.
And the ds is going to be backwards compatable to the gba.
Not sure but I think they support mp3, wav, and ogg playback as well...

Well I for one will be getting a PSP.  I grew with nintendo and they cannot match the calibur of PS games.

And once I do I\'ll be buying FFVII:AC for it as well.  Along with the DVD. :)
