i already have created several worlds as i practic my drawing and my hability to create original storys, and in that way i created a race similar to the endukai, i mean feline-man, but they all look alike, and to make diferent skin colors just didnt make sense, cause the skin depends in the habitat of the feline, with exeption of the cats of course, so what i did to make them more original was to give them hair cuts(of another color) and keep the fur of course(i took the idea from my dog, he haves really blonde hair in the top of his head, and dark brown fur, and his blonde hair tends to get really long comparing to the fur), and after the hair i split them in 3 others races (wich were separated because of religion) and i put them in 3 differents conditions, the main religion was the one of the blood, and they also believe the skull was the keeper of the soul, and they develop way to actually use the skull as an soul container, and use soul magic and thinks like that, then they had to fight the humans who invaded the lands of the north, and in that long war the sended soldiers got mixed with the human, and form a race with less hair, and a new moral code, and that moral code wasnt about blood and bones, like the original, so the original race and religion cast out the mixed ones, and they start folowing their on religion and costumbs, in other hand, a part of the original race begin to study the reasons and aplications of souls and the skull containers, and develop a form of necromancy, of cource knowing that the rules of the original blood religion woudnt accept their experiment, a groop of scholars request a permit to colonize the lands of the south, and wen they were far enought from the blood priest, they continued developing the bone magic, and create a strong nation to fully separate themself from their barbaric ancesters.......of course the story im much more detailed than that ^^, well, wat i did, was to create a : -almoust human cultured race with less hair -a more refined and inteligent race, darker and all with the necromancy and the bone magic. -and finally kept the original race, who were to close to their own religion and because of that they kept a savage state, and savage appearance.........well i think for the endukai could be somethin like that, intead of making just diferent skills, better to make different clans of endukais(not to diferent from each other, but diferent enought)
and if they had hair cuts, it would be great, but is not really nesesary ^^....
