Problem when updating:

I have a problem with the updater, when i update it says...

Problem when updating: Couldn\'t wrint file \'pflinearmovement.dll\'.

***Warning: Yout Installation may be in an incosistent state now
***Please try again and if that fails report the problem


and ive tryed three times

Are you using Windows? Are you an administrator? Is your hard drive full?

Log in as an administrator and it should let you do it. If you are using XP you can either set your user as an administrator, reboot into safe mode and slick administrator, or press CTRL-ALT-DEL at the login screen and then type in administrator. You must have the password to do this.
You can probably install Planeshift into \"C:\\Documents and Settings\\(Your username)\\Planeshift\" and then you can avoid the administrator stuff.

oh, i am a administrator on my comp yea, i thought you mean on the forums ( yea i thought that was a odd questing rofl)

Have you reset your PC since you last played Planeshift? Do you have a virus scanner enabled? I sometimes had problems were I couldn\'t delete a folder because after I had viewed it the virus scanner didn\'t stop scanning.

hm, it dosnt do a virius scan, but ill try re-booting

Ok, i feel noobish now lol the reboot worked thx
