Server problem

I compiled planeshift CVS with the new CS and CEL. I got a server up and running and the client works also. However, when i do newacct name/pass , it says completed successfully, but i still cannot log in. I know it created a database entry because when i try newacct name/pass again, it says the user was alread created. Any help?

Have you just created the account or have you created a char too?
After you created your account you have 5 char slots to fill on the right side of the screen. Click one of them and create a char for you
Or do it the simple way: log in with vengeance/keith and run around as vengeance (select the first char slot) wohooo!
