name problem

when i try to make a new character it wont let the name be more than 1 letter long. please help.
or it says all the name choices i have made are taken.

Make sure you have read and understood the rules for choosing a name. No numbers, no special characters, no spaces. There are over 400k registered names in the database.

Also be aware that you will have to quit the client if you have failed to upload the char due to an invalid name. (Is this still applicable, or has it been fixed...?)

i was hoping it wouldent be with the download or the install. ill try it a fiew more times. but if it doesent work ill re download, and install it.
