Ah why do some people have to be so mean =( if noone made walkthroughs I think It would have be a cool tthing to have in the game =(
well if that doesnt work you could always have black market people come out, that would be cool too

It is easier to hate than it is to love.

Actually, I\'m not saying to post a walkthrough of a quest, I\'m actually trying to say that if there were books with clues to the whereabouts to the hidden city would add a lot to roleplay, even because according to harwen\'s idea of publishing, that material would be revised by a gm first. Who is going to say that just because the person found the place he can enter? Maybe the hidden city \"bouncers\" will only allow neutral/bad people to enter. A know hero could not enter for example, even if he knew where it was... he could try to kill the guards thought XD

Black markets in cities would be nice, also I would like illegal weapons/spell-books/items that NPC would confiscate or something, maybe using weapons you are not licensed to use or something. Of course these are easy to have outside city walls because they couldn?t possibly police all of the space in Yliakum?

Well, I know that if such a dangerous are existed with public knowledge in *my* city, I\'d send in a whole squad of good guys with big swords to clear it out! :D

As long as these \'black markets\' don\'t stretch the bounds of feasibility (i.e. after midnight, suddenly everyone is selling uber swords of leetness) I think it\'s a good idea - but in general, I think criminal markets are fairly accessible as long as you\'re not a known do-gooder.  I think it is best manifested as a system of referrals - you ask one merchant about a slightly shady item, and he says \"ask Jarek in the back\", you go to Jarek, he sets you up with something and drops a hint about who else to talk to if you\'re interested in other \"rare supplies\", and so on.  I would think that most major black market deals happen in broad daylight on the golf course :)

OOC: Ha! I know a Black Market in my town. It\'s called a Flea Market... you can get everything there... from drugs to Plasma screen T.V.s no kidding.

IC: Well I think for the \"good\" path people will have to get \"uber swords of leetness\"  through quests.

Whilst \"evil\" peeps will have connections like Black Markets to get \"uber swords of leetness\".

What I\'m saying is that there should be a \"good\" path to get things, and an \"evil\" path to get things.
