Well yea, topic says it all. And no I\'m not dead, and I did not get run over. I\'m fine, and flattered that anyone would actually worry But yea I am having major comp problems. I am lucky to even be on the internet. Chances are I will have to reformat my hard drive. The awards WILL be announced, eventually. And I hope that everyone accepts my sincerest appologies for not being able to be online on sunday.

the problem is i cant run anything. and i mean ANYTHING. IE is probably the only program i can run. i have talked to tech support and they think i need to reformat...for me, reformating can take like, up to a week depending on how many problems i run into.

Since my internet is magically working now I will be around until I reformat. But I am going to try to find another way to fix these problems.

Just for something to do, I am going to host a community awards ceremony. I have come up with various different titles for awards. Before I list the many different awards, please note that Devs,and anyone who is banned from the forum, CANNOT be nominated for any of these. Not to say that they wouldnt qualify for anything, but it\'s just a general rule. Although devs and mods may still vote. A note about the \"best looking\" awards, guys, PLEASE do not be afraid to vote on best looking guy, it doesnt mean your gay . Same for girl\'s as well!(tip: if you don\'t have someones pic, ask em nicely for it!) i ask that everyone is 100% honest with their voting. The awards are as follows:

Now for the rules and how this will work. My PM inbox will be the \"voting booth\". In other words, you can submit your vote by PM\'ing me. The topic should be in this format: \"Nomination for \". Please try and nominate someone for as many awards as you can. I realize that not everyone has sufficient knowledge of who could qualify for many of these awards, in that case you don\'t have to nominate anyone for the award you have doubts about. Just nominate for as many awards as you believe you can rightfully nominate.

Each person who votes may only nominate 1 person per award. If you have multiple awards you wish to nominate people for, please do so in seperate PM\'s. Please DO NOT reply to this thread with who you will nominate for what awards, that information should be kept between me and the individual voter and no one else. If you break this rule your vote WILL NOT count! This is the most important rule, as it will spare the community any flaming or insulting that may come about from this.

I will allow a week\'s time for voting, starting when I get the first nomination. After that I will announce the winners in the Dev IRC channel. The time of announcement will be posted (by me) when the voting time expires. If the devs have any problem with this, I can do it in the same server but on a different channel.

If any of you have any questions about the awards ceremony feel free to reply with them.

On a final note, I am not doing this to cause trouble or for whatever ideas you may have, I am doing for the fun of it and it\'s a cool thing to do. ^_^ Those who do or do not win a particular award please do not be offended, it is all for the fun of it.

since this game encourages RP, i think instead of displaying a name above someones head it should appear as \"someone\" or \"a male/female \" for example... someone ive never seen before walks up to me in-game. nor have they ever seen me. instead of looking above each others head to immediately identify each other, it would be more realistic to only have the names appear when introductions are made. then the names will appear above our heads. maybe there should be a way to \"request\" a persons name. if the person grants the request he/she will automatically state his/her name to the person who requested their name. and only then would a name appear. i think a system like this would add a significant amount to a more RP expirience.
