Just a thought, are they on separate accounts and separate planshift folders? if so try logging in the one that crashes on your other planeshift folder, if it woks, you know were the problem lies.

I don't really know what you just said, but if my guess is right...It's only that one character that crashes, and they're all on the same account, so that wouldn't really work. They're on the same planeshift folder.

just a last suggestion try to change font scaling to 50% in set up and logging in if that fixes then reduce the text in your desc. if that does not work i dont know what else to suggest.

In game right click on edge of talk box, bar to do it for that box in there. you could click on apply to all or just ok. same for shortcuts.

I wonder if it is possible for laanx.fragnetics.com to have a page specifically for stuck characters, and if you can't log in due to a crash bug, you just enter your account name, Char, and Password and it will automatically move you to the DR.  Or maybe that page could be added to the client.  I really need to take some SQL classes so I can understand a bit better how that language works, but methinks it might save the GM's a lot of time.  I can't really think of a way it could be abused, because if the char is online, they could just /die.  If someone already has your acct name and pass, you have more problems than not being able to log in. Due to a throbbing headache I am having a bit of trouble thinking outside the box tonight for ways players might exploit that.
