MB server shutdown. *Waves goodbye*

For those of you who havn\'t seen it, news today :)

First:

You can find on the races pages in the Rules section, the starting points that will be used in CB release for each race. All races are balanced to have the same total amount of points, trying to provide as much variery as possible. You will surely find one that fits your game style or your preferred character.


And more importantly:

The Molecular Blue server has been shutdown today and will never be up again. We wave a respectfull goodbye to him, since it gave us many great emotions. A new phase is starting and the new release is quite close. The new release will give us even more fun, so don\'t be sad!!

In the next days we will post the link to the migration web pages. With those you will be able to migrate your character name and his possessions in the database of the new release (Crystal Blue). The items and crystals will be converted to trias (our in game currency) at a rate that\'s still to define. The migration process will last about 5 days, then you will no more be able to migrate old chars, so try to be here in the next days, or delegate to a friend or parent (he will need your ps account, ps account password and be able to access your email).

After the migration is done, will will make few more tests, and then we will finally release. We don\'t know yet how much time will take for those final tests.

Anyway, I was on the cb server when the mb server was shutdown if that counts for anything :P

Obviously being online when the server shut down means your a part of planeshift history.

I wish i did a print screen on the /who i did like 5 min before the server did go offline, would have been a nice souvenir..

Well there was two servers at the time, I was just on the new one :D

And I\'m already part of planeshift history :P

When the guy came online and said it was rebooting i was like wtf?  Does this happen every night at this time?  And i was left sratching my head for 30min till the news post came up...

I was just downloading the MB for the first time, and it tells me it cannot be downloaded :P. I want to play the game already!!! And now who knows how long i have to wait until i can finaly start >.< . The holidays are way too short to afford waiting, but i guess its cool to start off together with the new version!

Two servers Xordan?  Does that mean you are testing, or that there were two MB servers one public and one the secret trove of those who do not want to be on the other one for whatever reason? ;-)

And me I had just joined when it shut down, talk about a surprise.  Though the only reason I was off was because it the server had been droping me all day, must have been forewarnings.

yeah ill be gone for holidays too... too bad... i wanted to be one of the first non-testers :(

cant i say i will mis MB too much... never played it that much really.. since I cant seem to login to my old char that has a bumload of crystals :(
