Updater Not Responding

Nope, the same thing keeps happening no matter what i do, well atleast maybe I can run the game, let me check.

copy libz.dll and rename the copy to zlibwapi.dll how many goddamn times already!!!

O no, i can\'t run the game not even the setup.  I uninstalled and re-installed the game, updated, extrated the updater.zip and the same two problems occured, respectfully. I\'m still getting stuck at updater.txt right before it says :====update started====
Help me, I want to play, but I can\'t, it hurts so much.

ah, erm, thanx 4 the fast reply, the copying & renaming of the zlibwapi.dll thing worked to put the updater to work again, but still there are no letters showing anywhere... not in the updater, not in setup, not in CB

well, lets see what we have in common.
windows 98
256 ram
about 550 mhz speed
4 characters already made
broadband

some of that was just probuably non-related, but here\'s something.
When pressing Ctrl Alt Del
I notice these random programs running:
Winclad
Winservad
Winctrl
Winservsuit
and a couple other ones, which I can\'t really get rid of
??
But whats interesting is that once that command window come up, I can\'t switch it off, and am forced to press Ctrl Alt Del and a new program comes up, something like Winodlap
?
I can actually end task this program and so the command window goes away. Its kinda simillar to the other programs don\'t you think? coincidence?

i got the same problem as ajdaha... but im running windows xp
i only get the problem after i update it though.. it a little confusing. anyways heres the file for the dev.
