I only reply to something if I think there's a reason to. I wasn't trying to be passive agressive with Herleva. I sincerely didn't understand what she was trying to say.

Waylander, if you haven't noticed it by now, Zanzibar *must* have the last word in every discussion, whether there's a point to it or not. I promise you that you won't be able to convince him that he's wrong on any point no matter what evidence you provide. My kids argue similarly: "Yes you did!" "No I didn't!" "Yes you did!" "No I didn't!" "Yes you did!" "No I didn't!" on to ad finitum.

Zanzibar, if I were kicked out of Dark Empire, I certainly wouldn't want to go around with "Are you worthy of the Dark Empire" in my signature. It seems that, in your case, that question has already been answered definitively.

Now I'll leave this forum, as I'm not a member of Dark Empire either.

@ all : Shal has warned me IC, at the begining when he arrived in the DE , having him as a member it's like good at all ( i don't know the english term for this ). He did very good job for the DE, I witnessed it. The only thing I can blame on Shal is that he didn't respect the DE's rules, and for this yes he should be kicked. But for the GOOD job he did for the DE I expected him to leave the DE instead of beeing kicked.

What Setill means is that from the start, Sangwa and I understood that my character didn't fit the standard profile for a Dark Empire guild member.

Thanks you for the kind words, guys.  I assure you the DE will be even more powerful once the renovations or reformations are complete.  Some of you may have noticed that recruitement is on the rise for the Dark Empire, I assure you we are not mass recruiters, the rank of page is not truly a part of the Dark Empire, it is a screening rank, per se.

I'd like to mention that Cyl, Sphenix and Tharos are all doing incredible jobs.  I can't believe how lucky the DE is to have all three of them.

I've been in a few mass-recruiting guilds.  It's not such a bad thing, depending on how you go about it.

A few comments to address some concerns and questions:

1.) I don't care if your a member of the DE or not, or whether you were kicked or left, if you want to advertise (POSITIVE adds) our guild in any way shape or form you are welcome to do so and I would appreciate the support.

2.) The incident with the 3 meantioned individuals happened behind my back (intentionally or no, it doesnt matter either way since that is not the point: read on) and what I got from good trustworthy (haha?) Waylander was that 2 of them chose to leave in pusuit of other interests, which is fine, and the other who was kicked for the meantioned reasons. I do admit though, that I have not heard the kicked individuals side of the story. That being said, I gave Sangwa and Waylander authority because I trust their judgement. But I am open to appeals.

3.) I am curious as the percieved leadership problems that seems to impression those outside the guild. The leadership is quite simple: Waylander commands our shadow force and acts as a ruling council member. Sangwa is the leader of this ruling council and is free to override any decision Waylander makes if he wishes. And then theres me, whom in rare occasions needs to dropkick some sense into them both (kidding, I love you guys!). The leadership positions of our steel force and Arcane force are currently unfilled. Until they are filled, Sangwa and I organize their activities.

4.) Seriously, this is a promotional thread, not a "fl4m3 j00r 3g0" war. I would kindly ask moderators to clean out the junk, and advise any junk producers with questions and concerns to contact me via PM or MSN.

5.) Yes, just to reaffirm this, DE IS A ROLEPLAYING GUILD and we want mature roleplayers who don't troll around the forums trying to prove their ego is bigger and better than whoevers. That is not the sort of OOC behavior I want to see in guild members. When discussing things OOC I expect members to always remain cool headed and keep their inflated ego's in check (*kicks waylander under the table*) in order to maintain a mature guild image. That said, I would appreciate poor member behavior being brought to my attention so that I might address it. (Anyone can make up a lie to discredit someone else, so give me screenshots or some other form of undeniable proof)

6.) I must again reaffirm that just because I don't post here much does not mean I do not exist.

7.) The only reason I am not active IG at this point is becaus I don't see the Diaboli models yet.

8.) The DE is not "reforming". We are just throwing around various ideas, but the structure of the guild will remain the same.

I'll send you a PM sometime in the next week.  I'm going to warn you that it will be relatively long and detailed, and you probably won't like a lot of what I have to tell you.  I was going to 'pursue other interests' anyway - at first, I thought that was the reason I was kicked - but I think it's worthwhile to give you my side of things, even if I'm not interested in rejoining the guild.  Some good might come of the exchange.

Anyway, just here to tell you the bad news. Yes. The Dark Empire is still breathing and if you ever even doubted it then that is because you are quite new around here.

Still, we take kindly to newcomers. So if you're interested in joining and helping with the effort of organizing this great guild, then do refer to the first page of this thread! If you're already in a guild, my deepest apologizes. It must be hard for you.

Feel free to PM myself and Cadoras or to bug any other member you happen to find ingame. We'd love to have some more ambition around and we'll surely reward you for your duties and dedication.
