well nice way to bring back an old topic.. and yes i did choose my race from the descriptions so i chose Ylians because they sounded like an all-rounder type of character.. the descriptions has nothing to do with it

<Rux> i wish i could say that narrows it down, but the internet is one freaky place

There is indeed fall damage, be aware of it :) Upon death, your character gets transpored to the Death Realm, from which he or she will have to find the tricky exit. Feel free to ask for directions and help in-game. If you fall and get stuck somewhere, type /unstick. Typing it (or clicking on an /unstick shortcut) twice will send you to the Death Realm spawn point, from which you can try again. If nothing works, you can ask a GM to move you - run a \"/who game\" query and a list of available Game Masters will appear. If none are available at the time, you can make a petition and a GM will get to it as soon as he or she comes in-game.

*edited to add* Don\'t forget the Help tab of your chat window! Ask any question about the game world, and an available advisor will get back to you ASAP.

Sorry to say, but /unstick twice is obsolete these days. /die is all the rage now. It has the added bonus of only taking one command and, coming next update, of playing the funky death music when you die. :)

How do you get out of the death realm. I walked down the path next to the library and then went into that tunnel.  I dropped for a longtime and now im lost in this reallydark cavern.

If you\'re ever lost, typing /die will take you back to the beginning. However, no one will tell you how to find the exit on the forums - you\'ll have to explore yourself, and ask other players for help. Don\'t be afraid to, people are generally very friendly and helpful :)

Only an admin can delete a character for you. You should be careful when creating characters, and make sure you like what you\'ve picked before you click Upload. Once you\'ve used up your 4 character slots, you cannot create any more characters.

Actually, (don\'t mean to sound snotty) you CAN delete characters now. That is why my \'experimentation\' character (Norelid) will never and no longer be found in PS.
