The Soldiers of Aerkensbane-Description
« on: June 11, 2005, 12:41:34 am »
My teacher was a knight. He taught me all that there was to know about combat. My teacher was a healer. He showed me the power that a healing hand can have. My teacher was fallen.
In a disagreement with his superiors, he was expelled from the army. All had had done was shown mercy to one who was weaker then him. This was a blatant disregard of his orders, and he suffered for it.
The person he spared was me, Joachiim. A weak person with a weak spirit, I knew nothing, and he saw that with his great wisdom. Even though I was a political enemy, he saw in me the weak soul and the potential for a great one.
My teacher took me in, and regardless of the fact that I had fought on the other side of the war, and was the cause of his exile. He trained me in books, the sword, and the way of the crystal. He showed me the power of wisdom, and taught me great will. But above all that, he taught me to always care for those who are weaker, and to always gain power to help even more, regardless of their personal alignment. For if all the world came under the care of one such as that, then there would be no pain, no one would be forced into exile for doing a good deed.
Unfortunately, my time with me teacher was short for soon after I came under his tutorship, some men from the group I had been with came back. They had found out that I was training with a former Knight you see, and believed that I had betrayed them. They came to kill me, but my teacher fought them off. They were many however, and when he told me to run, I saw him overwhelmed. But before he was struck down, he slew Aerken, the leader of the group, so that he could never follow me again.
I have named him father, and dubbed the misunderstood and great warrior the only name he will go by in the annals of time, so that his disgrace is never realized, by the name of the last deed he did, he is called Aerkensbane, and he is the true leader of the soldiers, for he was the one who taught me.
In the tradition of his great sacrifice, I have begun an army, but this army will not be like the one which exiled Aerkensbane. It will be one that will accept either side of a fight, as long as they give their first allegiance to the guild, and not to the other sides, and as long as they do not hurt another member of the guild. They will function as a whole, following the example of our master, helping the weak, and growing stronger to receive the respect we deserve and need to gain the power to end the strife!

Long Live the Soldiers of Aerkensbane

The Guild - Soldiers of Aerkensbane

There are two paths that you can take to gain power in the guild. Ether the Combat path, or the Support path. What I have done is made levels 1 2 3 and 7 the combat path ranks and 4 5 6 and 8 the support path ranks. The ranks are respective, so 1-4, 2-5, 3-6, 7-8, all have the same privileges. When you join, you will choose a path. Names of Ranks are
     Combat path
1. Private
2. Captain
3. Coronal
7. General
     Support Path
4. Apprentice
5. Journeyman
6. Craftsman
8. Master

Rules and Regulations

We are quite lenient at time of Peace, but the rules increase in war.

   Peace
1. You must help the lower levels in the guild; doing so will raise your rank.
2. You are not allowed to strike out against any guild member verbally or physically, doing so will merit either a demotion, or a court martial. (Kicked out)
3. You may refuse to help someone if you have legitimate reason, but doing so too much will result in demotion.
4. In times of war you must report to the Guild Master, General, or Master.
   War
1. You are to report to the leader of your path, either the General or the Master.
2. The General or Master will report to me.
3. Refusing to fight if you are in combat path will merit demotion.
4. Refusing to support the combat path will merit demotion.
5. All of the peace time rules are still in effect, but the helping ones are nto as nesacary because of the lowered recourses due to the war.
6. Also, if the leader of The Ghosts orders you to do something in battle, do so, as he is the leader of the alliance.

The Alliance - All God Father

As was said by Bardon, leader of The Ghosts, I quote
\"On June 8th, 2005, a alliance was formed between Imortais and the Ghosts and formed a common goal - Unite as many of the small guilds as possible, to give even the smallest of guilds a chance to become big and strong, through this was formed the All God Father Alliance (AGFA). \"

Current alliance members
1. The Ghosts
2. The Imortais
3. The Soldiers of Aerkensbane
4. The Minions
5. The Elite
6. The League of Avatars
7. Mehim

I give it two weeks, tops. Not that there\'s anything particularly wrong with it, but there\'s nothing particularly right with it, either.

Come on Phinehas, approach the new guilds a bit more friendly. You can do it!

Thank you Phinehas, for your overwhelming suport....

We now have 24 members, with two from school still wantng to join, no furthur updates on the web site as I am haveing technical diffuculties.

Also, Joachiim is a political character, who has some fighting skills, so the person who you will see most\'s name is Eciril. So if Joachiim is not in the game, try him.

Thanks Joachiim for all the help in getting me started in the game. I recruited another player and have helped them get started just as you helped me.

Again Thanks,

Alright, everyone in my guild, and those who want to join, refer to Liuris for all the orders and such as I will not be able to get on much duiring the Summer (I have a job, I need money as I am not yet 18) So he is cansidered Rank Genral, even though I am not allowed to change his rank yet.  He is the only one (I know of) so far in the guild that has shown the true spirit od it. Go Liuris!

Also, one of my freinds from the real world is Rank Master, so if you are a crafter, he is your Leader, his current name is Qqwix

Wow, great organization. Keep up the good work!

Also, I don\'t think it\'s necessary to post with the recruitment of every new member of your guild. It\'s just annoying.

As for Phinehas, he\'s a great person, trust me. And let\'s just say we need his kind of posts. Helps us in some matters. We wouldn\'t want to let the fun pass us by, wouldn\'t we?

 ;)

 Anyway, good luck mate.

 PS - News update!

 - one of my High Council members accidentally run over a cat today. We\'re trying to save her life at the moment.

 - one of the BO members went to the toilet.

 - 5 minutes later, the member who went to the toilet came back.

 - Aaa... I guess it\'s time for sleep now, we\'re going to bed. Stay tuned for more news tomorrow.

 :baby:
