First of all Arkumin, next time, try to see who wrote what. It is you who is missing the content and lack understanding of posts.
Hmm Tag yer it huh? LOL. OK, lets go for it! In what way am I missing the content and lack of understanding? Unless it\'s a lack of understanding the content with which you support this statement. If it\'s the following statement:

I have to say that it appears you are the one who\'s missed the content and have a lack of understanding. The reason I repeated the post to Phinehas was because he responded to my first response to his response, etc., with only sarcasm and missed providing an answer with content, and that showed a lack of understanding. So I repeated the content. So, if you review thru the content of the thread, I think you\'ll not miss understanding the content this time. And I hope that provides you with some contentment and understanding.

As to the part of yer post which has actual content and not a lack of understanding of the back&forth between Phinehas and meself:
Originally posted by Nikodemus - Two reasons you have in my post.
- Another which i think i also mentioned is, you won\'t have thousands of points which you probably never use.
- One won\'t have to think if he has enough points, when he is going to training, because he will be going to train simply when the bar will be full and he won\'t be able to practice anymore unles he go training.
Interesting Points. My own is that the Progression Points in the thousands is the only indication of level other than stats that we have. The Experience bar percentage rolling over and over doesn\'t really tell me anything. The PP being at 2000, 5000, 10,000 tells me something about where you are in the game. Granted it\'s not much to go by, but it\'s better than no level indicator IMHO. I\'m not getting the bar indicator. How would that be more useful than the points system? Since the points really only matter to newbies in the game who need to know how many they need to train, and don\'t mean anything to us in the game after you collect a few hundred, except as I said an indicator of progress, a progress bar would seem to show less information than the actual points? Am I missing something?
Originally posted by Nikodemus Also I don\'t think so PP\'s is the only thing which gives newbie feling of progression. If that newbie would read player guide, he would know how system works. If not it is really simple to ask someone.
If there were no PP\'s, newbie would simply look at his bar in the given skill and if he read the guide he would have the feeling of progression.
One thing I always do when showing a newbie over to Harnquist is send em a tell saying: \"Now that you\'ve got a feel for the game and a look at the graphics, you really need to go back to the website where you downloaded the game and read the Player\'s Guide.\" I completely agree with you that it\'s necessary to do that to understand any indicator of progress in the game. That being said, Progression Points are what they are. An indicator, they are an indicator of overall Progression via a Points system.
