There are several things that look a bit overly geometric due to a small bug in b2cs that doesn't propagate the smoothing tag so that will fix some. I'll use a better texture on the oven to detail it out a bit more. The bottles are the same way - smoothing tag is set but not exported correctly so that all will automatically improve with a fixed b2cs. Adding more detail to the oven won't kill fps too terribly much I don't think. A GeForce4 should get close to 100fps in the tavern so I'm not terribly worried.
But yes as far as it goes, the tavern is now complete. We're going to start working on the main keep portion of the town now, and work on the layout of the housing and business districts. I need to make the streets narrower, and test a few other things. But thats project 2. For now I'm just happy we finished the tavern in a satisfactory way.
Special thanks to Jekkar for the initial tavern exterior concept, and tons of texture work and criticism kicking me to fix stuff that was obviously bad. Thanks also to Lordbug for several table and chair models, the bar, and the barrels. Soon we'll all have to get together for some ale in our new tavern
