Ok, please tell me you aren\'t running the two antivirus programs at the same time.
I was the one that suggested a bit more of RAM, yeah, I know, it\'s money related, but not a _huge_ amount, I made my suggestion with the best of intentions.
Also, if you had a router instead of a modem, you could transfer it some task and free a little the charge of your PC.
Anyway, things to try:
Antivirus, I\'m not telling you to turn it off, but really some antiviruses out there eat lots of resources, I\'ve heard Norton being one of those. If I\'m allowed, I could recommend Nod32 (again money related) but you can always try turning them off and see if that helps, just for testing.
Another thing I already told you was to play with windows services.
I had a nice link that explained them and suggested changes to them, but it seems now it\'s broken. Anyway you can always try Google and see if it helps.
It\'s said also that -fullbright (added at the end of the route of the exe file, after the \" and with a space between) helps a little on fps.
