Precisely. /where would be even less IC than /tell (if that\'s possible). What good would it do if you could find someone who is AFK? They\'re AFK, so no RP can arise, anyway.
Would it be more realistic if you \"just knew\" where someone is so you can then \"bump\" into them? No.
For me, /tell for setting up RP has worked flawlessly all the time. All
legitimate sorts of uses for /where can easily be replaced using /tells, and the non-legit uses aren\'t wanted, anyway.
Now, if that command was actually an implementation of a tracking skill,
then things would start being likable, but that has been discussed already and the OP didn\'t hint at it, so it likely isn\'t.
