Ok ok, you win. It\'s complaining. Call it what you will, it\'s still just as entertaining.
I think this would be an entertaining idea, to make a map making feature in game. Really I\'m ready to create an alternative thread describing a very usefull and entertaining feature that enables players to make small simple black and tan (to simulate parchment or tan hide) peices of \"art\" that can be sent to players, or left on the ground (at a fee of course for regulation and bandwith conservation) for anyone to be read or picked up.
*EDIT* In retrospect this feature would not only be fun, but usefull in the introduction of a whole new career. Advertisements would be more usefull if decorated in an artistic fashion, therefore, anyone with a creative touch could certainly add flair and pizazz to an otherwise unsightly peice of parchment. This could all be done for a fee to the artist, of course, and would eventually benefit both the artist and the requesting player.
A small engine similar to those of certain online pictionary clones would be sufficient to create these IMO. But perhaps I\'m just looking too far into something that will never even be considered for an ingame addition.
This would be usefull for small tips, hints, instructions, in game event advertisement, and general fun. It could be abused heavily, I foresee this much in advance. However, with heavy rules and regulations this could be a very unique addition to Planeshift.
