Unfortunately at the moment there is just one dev who can check the .dmp files (the diagnostic files) and this dev is Talad. The service as you noticed at
http://command.no-ip.com/dmp/ is suspended and if it is sound related I can bet you can find some other message here in the forum (just search for the exception error).
I am pretty sure that if in the future the PS sound system will be updated to match the CS one such problems will end, at the moment, though, the step is too big and too fragile to be done by one of the people who haven\'t worked on the CS sound management.
You can try to submit the .dmp file to the bugtracker, but I am pretty sure it will end up in \"the limbo\" of the .dmp files and when they get too old they are just useless.
If the exception error is instead new I suggest you to try to put it in the bugtracker anyway, specifying that it is not sound related and it seems unknown.
