The best thing you could do if you are interested in merchanting would probably be to join a guild active in that area.
Like everyone already said Bodacher of the Dragon Council is pretty active in Hydlaa. Aside from him there is the Community of Vaalnor in Akkaio (kitty town) but they are experiencing a lack of merchants to keep their shop open at the moment. And perhaps there are some other guilds as well .. I\'d say just check the guild forum out and contact some people.
Pricelists, etc. can be shared in guild forums but it is kinda frowned upon in this public place.
