ya for some reason i get that same not saying like \"unexpected error\" then it asked me to save the diagnostic thing and i said yes.

i just made my first guy (just downloaded the game) and i tried to enter the world for the 1st time and that error comes up.

Colemalham, we need to know the name of your character to move him. The name you used on the forums does not exist in-game, so there is nothing we can do until you provide more information.

Hi,

I\'m still having the same problem even after being moved. My character Alaine Soulblade is still unused, and I\'ve tried deleting the char and starting a new one, to no effect. Even tried my luck at reinstalling... is there anything else I could do? Or perhaps I should just wait for the fix to be released :)

In any case thanks for the help!

Hello. I\'ve tried to log in on both a Mac and Win today - both quits in loading the area. I\'m standing at Jayose in the library. Could I pleased to moved to ex. the Plaza, to see if it helps me.

DAMM IT - Game crashed just while loading the map going from Hydlaa to the library sector. Can\'t log in, crashes when it comes to map-loading. I think there may be a kind of a bug in the lib-sector.
If you will please move me back to the plaza, I\'ll promise to keep my hands away from all that lovely books for the rest of the day.

Aye, there was a problem with the library sector. Normally entering it isn\'t a problem (you\'ve run the updater, right?), but if you crash once within in, getting out is iffy.
