In my case it's a result of "World of Workcraft". Rather busy 2-3 weeks at work so when I get home I'd rather play a few games then continue to do more development/bug fixing. We tend to do a lot of stuff by osmosis so if you hang around on IRC often enough and commit good patches

.
Often times it's hard to find 'individual tasks' that we can use to test people. Often times the tasks are intergrated into other areas that may require much more study.
However, there are a couple of areas that could be good. For one we need a tools programmer. I have some good ideas about a improved viewmesh tool that we need for the artists. We also need an animation tool as well but that's a mammoth of a task. I'm also redesigning our sound system plugin so if anybody has interests in that let me know ( good for people that want some design work! )
I'd also like to redevelop the updater process a bit to make it both easier for us to create the updates and easier for people to get them.
