Maybe, but I know where a shovel happens to lie, and I'll dig it deeper with that! Failing that, I can /die there, and thus be fully submerged for 30 seconds. :)

Yes, it's just the new oja road map.  (though, with a different name)  The new map of that name is on the other side of Hydlaa due to Akkaio's moving.

if by "new maps" you meant just rearranging them.. im going to shake my fist at you.. for a long time..

not really, thats almost more exciting than new maps

Sounds more like they made a new map, put that on the other side of Hydlaa, and connected Ojaveda to it, and thusly named that ojaroad. Hence, the old ojaroad map was renamed (but kept in place), and has also been modified to include a small shallow lake.

More exciting than new maps are new maps with podles on them. :D

If the maps are moving does that mean the last place I was wont be the place i start in? I cant remember where that was because i havent had internet access and i have not been able to get on the game. i walked up to my computer "ahh yes planeshift again!" and i come back to another week at least by the looks of it of no planeshift!
