So.... I will start in reverse order with the non GM thingies.
I am SURE it's been said before, but please bear with me while I remind you of two very important usability features which should be implemented:
- picking up items from stacks which are off the ground (just like I do in the in the inventory, when picking up from the ground I may want to pick-up 2 out of 50 iron ores or ulbie skins)
- ability to delete items from one's inventory (not sell, delete them altogether)
The reasons for making it so important are pretty obvious - the littering around which some people may be able to help with with these two features + simple improved usability.
And now... for the GM power which I think it would be very nice to be implemented:
FULL control of NPC's by GM's, as in being able to log in as them not only use the /impersonate and the /slide commands for effects. Well, maybe I am just a dreamer with this

, but more control of their movement and speech than they already have, and being able to do it on the spot (not with entries in the DB & waypoints or /slide & /impersonate), would be very nice.
Now... you may ask "What's the use of it?" Answer: It would be just
AWESOME to have a beer with Harnquist sometime

. Seriously now, I think this would add a lot of realism and roleplay possibilities, not to mention fun for GM's. (who right now have to stay invisible and only roleplay and act as characters when they are in a roleplaying event)
In short, we want to see you more often around, not only solving problems or doing very hard things to manage like big events... but also in a small and nice way like that.
Imagine the following simple situation (disregarding the informal non-medieval language I used to emphasize the fun of it all).
Me: "C'mon Harn, wanna grab a beer at the tavern?"
Harnquist (suddenly waking up to life): "Sure, why not? Be back later dewds."
And they ride off in the sunset leaving the people around thunderstruck
