sad to hear that, thought the guideline on this wouldnt be so strict
but what about the creature list then? (i realize that it doesnt contain any specific data, just general information and a basic list, but that all i wanted for items and so on, too)

a bit of misunderstanding perhaps? I believe Nukm was asking if a list of the npcs in game would be added, or a list of items currently obtainable in game to be made.  Not a list of npcs, where they are, what they sell, what they buy, etc. and so forth.

I would consider a list of npcs acceptable if it did not have too much info that would reduce exploration.

A list of Mobs would be fine as well.

A list of items is a bit much though.

I would just want to avoid reducing the fun of discovery.

Mind you I don't make the rules I am just a noob.

I would think a list of mobs or a list of npcs (just a list, not where they are or anything like that) would promote more exploration, as people would read the list and go, "hmm, never saw that npc / mob before.  wonder where they are.  I think i'll go look for them."

or they will simply go to their guild and pull up the all inclusive knowledge base and find out exactly where the mob/ npc is and everything there is to know about that mob / npc without ever having to do anything on their own.

Well, with a list of NPCs the need of categorization (and thus adding info) is suggerated. I think a list of NPCs would be acceptable if it is only alphabetically ordered not per map etc.
A list of items that are available ingame with icons etc. and excluding quest items would be acceptable, I think, since it just lists the content of the art directory everyone has on the harddrive.

Maybe its a bad idea, but i was thinking people could add Charcater: Info pages.   Sort of Like Character:Forged Lockrunner, would talk about their history/race/class/other info, along with a picture.  (Like Wikipedia's User: Pages) Well, im doing it for my character.

I like the idea for user pages. We could have categories like "players who play [race]" etc

I have been looking at the wiki some today and i see there are still many pages missing and links that go no-where. If you see something here you can add to go ahead and do so, try to make links to pages that are already there and to try not to make new pages unless there is nothing already on that topic.

Pswiki has been cleaned up, no more redirected pages and empty catagories have been removed.

Please do not make a catagory for just 2 pages, use catagories for when you have like 5+ pages that are in the same type.

Also please do not make catagories for future use, just make them as you see they are ready to be filled.

If I remember I believe that is specifically for the source code documentation.  Dang that thing is old.  There was also a Doxygen site that was up back then.

If anyone can take a few minutes away from playing the new release, the PSwiki could use a little help in being updated for the new release.
