A novel(ish) solution. In a realistic scenario, there are not twenty demi-gods runnning about slaying people. This makes the measure reasonable.
Sometimes I wonder if we should try putting some experienced person as a demi-god ordering his followers about for missions of good/evil; but that's a matter for another time. Monketh, the Grand Ranger of Ages Past take on and slay five people, whereas
Joseph Boon, Agent of Darkness could not?
